within Germany we charge the following shipping flat rates, determined by the shipping weight of the goods and the outer packaging (incl. taxes):

The shipping costs calculated for shipping within Germany refer to standard shipping forms such as

• book shipment
• letter
• Package
• package

not, however, the forms of dispatch subject to surcharges, such as express dispatch or messenger delivery. If express delivery should ever be necessary, please let us know immediately with your order. We will take care of it immediately and instead of a lump sum, we will charge you the pure costs of the desired form of shipment.

European Union and all other countries worldwide, we calculate the shipping costs based on the ordered weight of goods and packaging and the shipping options chosen by the customer. The latter are

• standard shipping
• Airmail
• Roll dispatch (e.g. for unfolded maps)

Due to the large number of possible calculation cases, it is practically impossible to display a price sheet for this delivery range here. However, as a user of our Internet trade, you will receive the exact shipping costs shown in the shopping cart view before the start of the first ordering step and can compare and select the goods shown in the shopping cart with regard to destination, shipping method, type and weight.

Conditions of delivery and reservation of self-supply

The delivery of the ordered goods is usually and if possible still on the day of the order. We reserve the right to choose the delivery service. We do not accept any delivery period linked to the fulfilment of the contract if it is so short that even if the goods are dispatched immediately, compliance with the delivery period would not be guaranteed. Within Germany and Europe, we do not ship to post office boxes if we are not informed of the customer's address. If not all ordered goods are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, as far as this is reasonable for you. If goods are no longer available at all, we can, after consultation and alternative offers, withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded immediately.
