You should soon find yourself remembering and recognising more and more bird calls - and hopefully increasing your enjoyment of nature. Electronic bird calls are a great aid to identifying birds, but this tool should always be used carefully and responsibly. Birds cannot distinguish between recordings and real calls: they may become stressed by perceived intruders and may even react to bogus territorial challenges by leaving the area completely.
