2. Good. Few traces of usage.
NAMIBIAN VIEWS is a new publication, published by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in co-operation with the Namibia Institute for Democracy. The publication's aim is to serve as a forum for the discussion of relevant day to day issues on which Namibians are invited to express their views openly and freely. NAMIBIAN VIEWS will be published as a periodical. It strives to contribute to an open and fair discussion of subjects of interest to all people in the Republic of Namibia. This first issue of NAMIBIAN VIEWS focuses on "Affirmative Action" as a theme. Since "Affirmative Action" has been debated for quite some time in Namibia, we felt it to be worthy to invite a few authors to give their opinion on this interesting subject. With the aim of stimulating debate, the Namibia Institute for Democracy as well as the Konrad Adenauer Foundation hope that this publication can serve as a contribution towards the discussions on "Nation Building" and "National Reconciliation".
