Die Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business (HP-GSB) wurde, mit erheblicher finanzieller Unterstützung des namibischen Geschäftsmanns Harold Pupkewitz, im Jahr 2008 in Windhoek, Namibia gegründet. Die staatliche Fachschule für Betriebswirtschaft, Management und Regionale Entwicklung ist eine unabhängige Einrichtung des Polytechnic of Namibia und soll künftige Führungskräfte vielseitig und auf internationalem Standard ausbilden. Die Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business (HP-GSB), die unter einem Direktorat geleitet wird, kooperiert mit der University Of Applied Sciences in Jena (Deutschland), der University of Free State (Südafrika), der Leeds Metropolitan University (Groß Britannien) und der Assumption University in Thailand.
